Julie joined Tandem Investments in March 2024. Julie has overall responsibility for finance, HR, compliance and operations across the group.
Julie qualified as an Accountant in 2000 and over her career has held various board-level positions. For 12 years, Julie was Chief Finance Officer of an AIM-listed financial services group. As the first CFO after the company listing, Julie injected discipline into the finance function and established cash management, robust reporting, as well as management and operational control into the business. Over her tenure, the group transitioned from a market cap of £3m to a high of £50m. In addition to having responsibility for finance, HR, IT and compliance, Julie also managed all external relationships. These include HNW and institutional investors, financiers, auditors, brokers and lawyers.
Julie’s other roles also include that of Chief Operating Officer of a SIPP division within a larger financial services group. Here she held responsibility for £8 billion of client assets and 30,000 customers.
