Chloe Ellerby

Chloe is a qualified Chartered Surveyor at Tandem Investments, where she manages a diverse portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties across the North of England. Drawing on her broad experience across the commercial property sector, she leads on asset management, new lettings, landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, rent reviews and strategic property initiatives across the Tandem Investments portfolio. Chloe also plays a key role in the management of STOK, a transformative 60,000 sq ft office and retail development in Stockport Town Centre. She is passionate about delivering a proactive and professional service, with a strong focus on building strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders and professional advisers.

Chloe graduated from Liverpool John Moores University before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in April 2015. She began her property career as a Graduate Surveyor at JLL, where she gained valuable residential experience, assisting with a wide range of consultancy instructions for both public and private sector clients across the North West.

Prior to joining Tandem Investments, Chloe spent eight years at Hurstwood Holdings, where she gained extensive commercial property experience and was responsible for overseeing all new lettings and sales across a nationwide portfolio of more than 120 properties spanning all commercial sectors. Her role included negotiating Heads of Terms with prospective tenants and purchasers, managing third party professional advisers throughout transactions, and ensuring a smooth process through to completion and beyond.
