Having been in the property business since 1996, Chris seen it all. From working for a regional firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Chester to being a Director in Business Space agency at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield).
This experience has given Chris an unrivalled contact list of agents, landlords, occupiers and investors. Chris went client side in 2016 first working at MCR where he undertook a national role in acquiring and disposing of commercial real estate and then at Glenbrook Property from 2018.
Chris worked with Richard as an Investment Director at Glenbrook Property, before co-founding Tandem Investments in 2023.
